Andrew Paul Benton, 27, a registered Republican and Pentecostal youth pastor in Duncan, OK, is charged with two felony counts of child sexual abuse. Prosecutors say one girl was in his youth group and the other was his foster child. He’s out on a $100,000 bond. Charging documents describe forced intercourse, groping, and sodomy with one child victim, and groping the private parts of the other. Investigators say parents warned the church’s head pastor, his father-in-law, and nothing was done. Benton hasn’t been convicted, but the church’s silence speaks volumes. It's amazing how many MAGA Perv, rapists exists

?Waurika, Oklahoma City Manager and former reserve police officer Charles Kyote Dunn has been sentenced to 20 years for producing child s*xual abuse material. Dunn hid recording devices in bedrooms and bathrooms, stockpiling nearly 2,000 images of kids. Dunn posed in a cowboy hat with a digital Trump 2020 banner on Facebook and posted a picture posing with former Oklahoma GOP Lieutenant Governor Todd Lamb on X. Another hypocritical right-wing “family values” figure unmasked as a predator who abused his power over the community he claimed to protect. Not a drag queen. Not trans. Not an immigrant. Not a Muslim. Just the usual MAGA predator. #pedophile, #childsexabuse

Check your Beef! This one caught my attention because the problem wasn’t simply that testing found bacteria. According to the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), approximately 167,639 pounds of raw beef, pork and goat products from Star Meat Delivery Inc. were recalled after officials determined they had been produced without required federal inspection. The products also carried a false USDA inspection mark bearing “EST. 1363.” That inspection mark matters. Federal meat inspection is part of the system designed to verify that meat is produced under required sanitation, safety and labeling standards. USDA warns that meat produced without this inspection could potentially contain harmful bacteria, undeclared allergens or other contaminants. The recalled meat was sent to A&D Foods, a distributor in Georgia, and then distributed to restaurants and retailers nationwide. Products include various cuts of beef, pork and goat, including short ribs, ribeye, oxtail, ground pork, pork chops and goat meat. ⚠️ Here’s something especially important: you may NOT see “EST. 1363” on the package in your refrigerator or freezer. USDA says some meat was shipped in bulk and retailers may have repackaged it using their own pricing and handling labels. As of the recall announcement, no illnesses or injuries had been confirmed in connection with these products. So, it would be misleading to say the meat was proven contaminated. The problem is that the required federal inspection didn’t happen, meaning the normal safety oversight cannot be verified. USDA advises consumers not to eat affected products. They should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. FSIS has also said the product list may be updated as more information becomes available. A federal judge ordered that the White House immediately restore access for CNN, MS NOW and Politico, saying that Trump’s directive barring the three news outlets last week was most likely unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly granted a 14-day temporary restraining order reinstating the outlets’ access while their legal challenge proceeds.

Silence. Then two walkouts. That's how President Donald Trump's Tuesday address to the United Nations General Assembly landed in a chamber packed with world leaders and diplomats, and it was not the reception he was hoping for. The trouble started early. When Trump declared "America is back and ... stronger today than ever before," he reportedly paused, waiting for the audience to applaud. Nobody did. The reaction escalated when Trump turned his attention to Iran. He asked the assembled diplomats whether he should "annihilate the Islamic Republic and do it quickly" or "drive them into hell with no chance of survival." Most of the Iranian delegation stood up and left before he finished speaking. Cuba's delegation followed a similar path after Trump described the island nation as an "absolutely failed state." Cuban diplomats also exited the assembly hall rather than stay for the rest of his remarks. This kind of language runs counter to the United Nations' founding purpose of fostering cooperation between nations and curbing unilateral aggression. Image credits: The Blaze

Trump wanted to start his week in front of the cameras, flying to New York for the United Nations General Assembly. Instead, the five major television networks, Fox News included, have refused to serve as his press pool in solidarity with the outlets he banned, which means no television pool will be following him today. CNN, MS NOW and Politico are suing to get back into the White House, and Trump answered by posting that he cherishes the free press while calling the news media a cancer. The House majority leader went on national television to defend the ban and got fact-checked twice, once on air and once by Elon Musk’s own chatbot. And New York Attorney General Letitia James is refusing to let Trump’s billionaire friend take control of CNN without guarantees that it stays independent. BREAKING: HELL YES! CNN, Politico, and MS NOW slam Trump with a massive lawsuit after he banned their reporters from the White House in a blatant attack on free speech. This is going to end in humiliation for MAGA… “This morning, we notified the government that we are filing a lawsuit today to protect our First Amendment rights and defend the principle that the government does not decide what the press reports or publishes,” the outlets said in a joint statement. “Without notice or process, the White House revoked our journalists’ credentials because it objected to our reporting. Left unchallenged, this threatens press freedom and the public’s right to independent journalism free from government interference,” they added. The simple truth of this case is that Trump has no legal leg to stand on. He had no legitimate reason for banning these respected outlets, and instead screeched that they were “Fake News,” which just means that they truthfully report on unflattering stories about his failed administration. The outlets are asking a federal judge to intervene and block Trump’s unprecedented abuse of power by lifting the ban and restoring press credentials and White House access to the reporters in question. “The President banned CNN, MS NOW, and POLITICO, and the individual reporters covering the news for those media organizations, in disregard of the most basic guarantees of the First Amendment and the Due Process Clause,” the lawsuit, the first filed on this issue since Trump implemented the ban last Friday, reads. “He did so expressly for the improper purpose of retaliating against Plaintiffs for past news coverage because he deemed it ‘negative’ and chilling future reporting about him and his administration’s policies and actions.” “This ban could not be a more direct assault on the First Amendment nor a more blatant violation of our most fundamental constitutional principles,” the suit adds. At this point, it’s inarguable that Trump is the most anti-First Amendment President in American history. He simply doesn’t believe in any form of spreech that insults his ego, highlights his failures, or obstructs his fascist agenda. Thankfully, we still have a Constitution and he’s about to get hammered by it. Please ❤️ and share if you support the lawsuit!

THIS IS INCREDIBLE: MS NOW chief national reporter Peter Alexander just went straight at Donald Trump over his decision to ban MS NOW, CNN, and Politico from the White House. And Alexander made his theory about what Trump is doing crystal clear: this isn’t just about the media. It’s about distraction. Alexander argued that Trump wants Americans focused on his attacks against journalists instead of what Alexander described as the failures of his own administration. “The president cannot handle the truth, and he doesn’t want Americans to hear the truth right now,” Alexander said. Then he laid out his case. Alexander pointed to the ongoing Iran war, which he noted Trump originally said would last only weeks. He pointed to Trump’s previous promise to quickly resolve the Russia-Ukraine war. And Alexander argued that by picking another massive fight with the press, Trump can redirect the conversation back toward “fake news,” the media, and the issues that animate his political base. That is a serious accusation coming from one of the country’s most prominent White House reporters. Trump announced Friday that CNN, MS NOW, and Politico were banned from the White House, accusing the organizations of publishing false reporting. On Saturday, reporters from the affected outlets were actually denied access. Alexander’s message in response was straightforward: shutting journalists out of the White House does not make uncomfortable stories disappear. Whatever happens next, this fight is now much bigger than three news organizations. It is becoming a major confrontation over presidential power, press access, and the ability of journalists to scrutinize the government without retaliation. And Peter Alexander is making clear that he has no intention of backing down.

Trucker Kyle Reeves posted this picture after gassing up in Wyoming. “Sad thing is I still had over 1/4 of a tank before I filled up,” he wrote. This is the direct result of Trumponomics. Inflation up. Interest rates up. Gas prices up. Diesel costs up. Grocery prices up. War in Iran and Ukraine still on. 42 days until the midterm.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous! ? Thanks for voting red, this one is on you. BUT, we can fix it. You all remember when the pandemic started, and people were dying off and staying home, gas prices went way down. I remember regular at $1.99. Gas is worthless if nobody wants it! So, MINIMIZE. Drive a little slower, don't make so may trips to the store(s), pass on that long trip for now, tune your car so it's more efficient.... Once demand drops, these greedy oil companies will drop prices to sell this shit that nobody wants. We all have to work together on this, even if you can afford the high prices. And, for God's Sake VOTE BLUE so we can ditch this orange grifter that is screwing us and our economy over.

That bright red beef in the meat aisle might not be as fresh as it looks ? Most of us were taught to pick out the brightest red ground beef on the shelf because red means fresh, while brown meat is starting to go bad. But the reality is that the meat industry has been using a simple gas trick for over two decades to artificially freeze that fresh red color in place. Back in 2002, major meat processors like Cargill and Tyson Foods started shifting toward a technology called Modified Atmosphere Packaging, or MAP. Instead of wrapping meat in standard plastic film at the local grocery store butcher counter, central processing plants seal the meat inside airtight plastic trays filled with a precise gas mixture. That mixture usually contains trace amounts—around 0.4%—of pure carbon monoxide gas. Here is how it actually works on a chemical level. When fresh beef hits the air, a protein in the muscle called myoglobin reacts with oxygen to turn bright red. Naturally, after a few days, that oxygen breaks down and the meat turns a dull gray-brown. But when carbon monoxide is flushed into the tray, it binds to that same myoglobin far tighter than oxygen ever could. It creates a stable compound called carboxymyoglobin that locks in a vibrant cherry-red surface color. Because that bond is so strong, the meat stays bright red even if it sits in the display case for weeks—long past the point where natural bacteria would have turned it brown. While the FDA and USDA cleared this practice as safe because the gas concentration is tiny, critics and consumer advocates have pointed out the obvious issue: it strips away the single visual warning sign consumers use to spot aging meat. Today, a huge portion of pre-packaged ground beef sold in major supermarket chains across North America uses some form of gas-managed packaging to extend shelf life. When you're shopping, don't rely on color alone. Check the package date, trust your sense of smell once you open the tray at home, and look for local meat packaged in traditional permeable wrap if you want to judge freshness by eye. Did you know meat packaging could be altered like this to keep its color? This is a DISGRACE. Trump promised gas would get cheaper. Instead, we just lived through the most expensive month for gas prices in American history. Every single day in August, the national average sat above $4 a gallon. That's never happened before. The old record was $3.97, all the way back in 2022, and we blew right past it. The price a year ago? $3.18 a gallon. Now it's $4.08. That's a 90-cent jump in twelve months. That's not "inflation." That's not "the market." That's the guy who stood on stage over and over and swore he'd cut your energy bill in HALF, on day one, failing so badly he broke an all-time record instead. The excuse on offer is crude oil. Brent crude cracked $90 a barrel this week, U.S. crude traded above $86, and tensions around the Strait of Hormuz are not helping. This exact same weekend last year, crude was averaging around $67 a barrel. That is not a small move. And get this: demand for gas is actually falling. People are buying less of it. Prices went up anyway. That's somebody cashing in while you eat the difference. This is what "drill, baby, drill" got you. Record-high gas prices when everyone's supposed to be hitting the road, with some states already north of $5 a gallon. He promised cheap gas on day one. It's year two and it's never been more expensive. Some promise. This creep that some of you will vote to keep, is Cashing in on us Big Time!

CHECK YOUR FREEZER: Nearly 30,000 pounds of beef have been recalled by the USDA as officials warn of “serious adverse health consequences or death.” The impacted products were sold under the “FrigorIfico Gorina SAIC” brand and include: “Top Sirloin Butt” (“Cuadril Sin Tapa”), “Eye Round” (“Peceto”), “Topside Cap Off” (“Nalga AD S/Tapa”), “Flat” (“Carnaza Cuadrada”), and “Knuckle” (“Bola de Lomo”). The beef was shipped to stores in Texas and Florida and imported from Argentina by the Trump administration, undercutting American ranchers and the price of U.S. beef. Health officials are encouraging customers to check their freezers and not consume these products, saying they “should be thrown away or returned.”

? Well a lot of people asked me about the beef that Trump is allowing to come in. They are saying it’s not quality. And they believe it’s ground or emulsified meat. So that means it will be in ground burgers. Possibly cheap hotdogs. So my opinion would be stick to quality ground meat that is 100% US quality. Not saying it’s all bad. But China turned it down. And it’s coming here. And 750 metric tons of it over 90 days. Which is additional 250 metric tons a month. So we average 400 metric tons of tested meat which a lot of muscle meat. Not grind. So I would say stay away from low grade hamburger to be safe. This is my opinion and what I’ve gathered through my sources. Feel free to take this as you like. Please feel free to share

A Miami woman was arrested after Miami-Dade detectives said she ran a large counterfeit goods operation from her home, selling fake luxury items in person and through Instagram. Liudmila Perez-Labrada, 36, was charged with counterfeiting goods valued at $20,000 or more involving 1,000 or more items. Investigators said undercover purchases through her Instagram page, “Elegance and Glamour,” were confirmed as counterfeit by brand representatives. Zelle records also showed more than 570 deposits totaling over $112,000, with payment memos referencing brands and items she allegedly sold. Detectives later searched Perez-Labrada’s home and a nearby storage unit, finding handbags, shoes, jewelry, clothing, swimwear and accessories from more than two dozen brands. Private brand investigators confirmed the merchandise was counterfeit and estimated its retail value, if authentic, at about $1.7 million. Perez-Labrada was arrested Aug. 25 at her workplace in Miami Lakes after detectives delayed the arrest because she had recently undergone major surgery.
